I’m 76 years old, retired and live in Canada. My main trading account is with a Canadian broker, and it is focused on capital preservation and safety. I also have a smaller IRA held in the U.S. Since my main account was focused on safety and preservation, it really didn’t grow like I wanted it to. 

I was stressed because I had a set amount of money that wasn’t growing, and I also didn’t have the cash flow to do the things I wanted to do.  I had a decision to make. Either I find a way to make more money, or I had to change my lifestyle. I decided I needed to learn to trade options to increase my cash flow. At first, I didn’t want to risk my main account, so I dedicated my smaller IRA to options income trading.

For the first six months, I struggled and made mistakes. But I knew I had to stick with it. If I did nothing, nothing would change. I was determined that if other people could do it, so could I. 

I followed the rules taught by Ron Wheeler and became more disciplined. Over the next twelve months, I had 85% winning trades and grew my IRA by 112% all while spending no more than 15 minutes per day on my trading.

I’m now more comfortable and not stressed any more. My wife and I are both happy and we’re able to do the things we want to do.
