How long is the event?

The event is three days long (October 6-9), and the speaking sessions will run from about 8am to 5pm PST. Some interactive events will run between 5pm to 7pm PST. And all the entertainment will run between 8pm to 11pm PST.

Can I choose which sessions to attend?

Absolutely. We’ll send you an email that lets you add sessions to your personal calendar. So you can attend the ones you want. Or better yet, join us for the whole thing!

What if I get a ticket and can't make it?

We expect this year’s virtual event to be larger than the in-person version. And while we are going to try to accommodate everyone who wants to attend, the bandwidth does get expensive. So if you can’t attend, please pass your ticket on to someone who can, or notify us and we’ll make it available via our ticketing platform.

What if I upgrade my ticket and can't attend?

If for some reason you cannot attend and you’ve paid for an upgraded ticket, we can offer you a full refund up to 5 business days before the event.

How do I book my 1-on-1?

Once you purchase your upgraded ticket we will send you a list of all available slots. Please keep in mind that these fill up very quickly, so register and book early.

Will you sell out?

Believe it or not, yes! While we’re not limited by venue size, we are limited by bandwidth—which can get pricey quickly. So there will be a cap on the number of attendees.
